Bill Mead is a Senior Vice President-Investments, with Wells Fargo Advisors and has been a financial advisor since 1986. Bill was a member of the board of directors of Southern Colorado AIDS Project from 2006 to 2011, serving the final three years as Board President. Bill has been the Colorado Health Network Board President since 2011. Bill is a Founding Board member of Pikes Peak Fund for Tolerance and Equality and a graduate of the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute. Bill is a 2014 recipient of an Indy Inclusion Award from the Colorado Springs Independent in recognition of his work in El Paso County to advance LGBT causes. Bill holds an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and his MBA from the University of Colorado.

Steve Harman is an Americas Retail Solutions Product Manager at Hewlett Packard, based in Colorado Springs. He has been with Hewlett Packard serving in positions of increasing leadership level since Y2K. Steve has been a long-time supporter and volunteer for Southern Colorado Health Network and has been on the Colorado Health Network board of directors since 2013.

Dan Scales is the owner/operator of Scales Pharmacy in Denver. He has been in the pharmaceutical field since 2000 and worked for Walgreens pharmacies advancing to pharmacy manager in 2007, prior to opening his own practice in 2013. Dan has served on several HIV care and prevention work groups of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment since 2013. Dan received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Butler University in 2007. Dan has served on the CHN board of directors since September 2016.
Robyn Dibble

Robyn Dibble has over 30 years of hospitality management experience in various accounting and revenue management roles. Most recently Robyn was the Director of Revenue Management at the Hilton Denver City Center. Prior to that Robyn was the Director of Revenue Management for the Doubletree Denver Complex, consisting of the Doubletree by Hilton Denver and Doubletree by Hilton Denver Stapleton North. Robyn was the recipient of the Doubletree Brand Director of Revenue Management of the Year Award in 2013.

Robyn is originally from Edgemont, South Dakota in the Black Hills but has lived in Denver for over 30 years. He is active in the community volunteering for the Colorado AIDS Project Food Bank for nearly 20 years. Robyn was a member of the Regional Council of the Denver Colorado AIDS Project from 2012 to 2018, serving as the Council Chair in 2013, 2014 & 2017. Robyn joined the CHN board of directors in August of 2018 and assumed the role of Treasurer shortly thereafter.
Cody Garrison, DDS

Dr. Cody Guy Garrison currently practices dentistry in his private practice, City Roots Dental, located three blocks north of Sloan’s Lake in Denver. He is an adjunct faculty member at Metro State University of Denver in the music department as a collaborative pianist, and serves as a staff pianist for Opera Colorado. Dr. Garrison received his DDS from the University of Colorado in 2012, where he was recognized as the Colorado Dental Association scholar and the Colorado Academy of Pediatrics scholar for his class. He received his B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Jamestown in 2008. Dr. Garrison has been on the CHN board of directors since September 2016.

Dr. Bill Burman is the Director of Denver Public Health and a Professor of Medicine (Division of Infectious Diseases) at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He joined Denver Public Health as an infectious disease physician in 1995 and directed its HIV treatment and research activities. Since 2011, Dr. Burman has led Denver Public Health, focusing on assessing health and building broad-based partnerships to improve the health of Denver’s community. Dr. Burman was the interim chief executive officer at Denver Health for nine months, from 2016-17. Dr. Burman chairs the executive committee of the Mile High Health Alliance, a nonprofit that coordinates activities of medical, behavioral and social service providers in Denver. He also helped found the Metro Denver Partnership for Health, a group led by public health agencies serving the seven-county Denver metropolitan region. Dr. Burman has served on the CHN board of directors since November 2018.

Eric L. Kintner, Esq. is a partner with the Snell & Wilmer law firm in Denver. Eric’s areas of focus include healthcare services and digital health, blockchain and digital currency, corporate transactions and securities offerings and internet gaming, sweepstakes, contests, raffles and social media promotions. Eric graduated from The University of Iowa College of Law in 2005 earning a J.D with distinction. He has been a long-time volunteer on the CHN Denver regional council and has served on the CHN board of directors since November 2018.
Kathryn Farrow

Kathryn Farrow is a seasoned real estate broker in Denver, Colorado and was instrumental in assisting CHN with finding its current Denver location in 2015. Kathryn joined the Board Of Directors in 2018 after serving on the CHN - Denver Regional Council for many years. She has volunteered for the organization since 2003 in many capacities. Currently, Kathryn volunteers in CHN’s Access Point program, a sterile needle exchange, and sits on Access Point’s Advisory Board. Kathryn holds a B.A. degree from the University of Colorado.
Kyle Oldham

Dr. Kyle Oldham is a trainer, facilitator, and educator with more than 15 years of experience teaching, supervising, advising, event planning, leading and motivational speaking in student affairs and housing. Dr. Oldham currently serves as the Director of Workplace Inclusion & Talent Management for Housing & Dining Services at Colorado State University where he is responsible for providing educational opportunities for staff to find their voice, their inner passions and ability to lead, from an equity, diversity, inclusion and socially just perspective. Dr. Oldham obtained a Bachelors of Art in Speech Communications and minor in Chemistry from Baldwin Wallace University, a Master’s degree in Student Affairs Higher Education from Colorado State University his Ed.D from UMass Amherst in Social Justice Education. Kyle has served on the CHN board of directors since July 2018.

Rich Corbetta is a full-time faculty member at Arapahoe Community College, teaching law courses. A Denver lawyer since 1991, Rich was most recently a Director at Dufford & Brown, P.C. Rich has primarily practiced in the areas of regulatory and administrative law and civil litigation. In September 2003 The Denver Business Journal named Rich one of the best telecommunications lawyers in Denver and he currently serves as counsel to the Colorado Telecommunications Association.

Rich joined Colorado Health Network’s Board in September 2003 and served as Board President from 2008-10. Rich served on the negotiating team of the board of directors that led to the merger of the four AIDS service organizations that comprise Colorado Health Network and was also a member of the team that worked to bring Howard Dental Center back into the organization in 2014. Rich holds B.S. degrees in Business Administration and Journalism and Mass Communications and J.D. from the University of Colorado.
